1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jj1" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at jj1.im, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, games, and services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any feature of jj1, including its gaming, betting, casino, or payment services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User upon successful completion of the jj1 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and settled winnings held in a User's jj1 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or incentive issued by jj1 to a User, subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time of issue.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet or stake placed by a User on any game, sporting event, or casino product available on jj1.
• "Supported Payment Method" means any deposit or withdrawal channel listed as active in the jj1 payments section, including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
• "License" refers to the international gaming license under which jj1 operates, details of which are accessible on request.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and from which jj1 does not accept registrations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jj1.im, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jj1.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all versions of the Platform — including browser-based access on desktop, mobile browser access, and any future native application that jj1 may publish. Your continued use of jj1 following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

jj1 may require you to affirmatively re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at certain trigger points — such as at first login following a material update, prior to your first withdrawal, or following a change to your account status. Failure to confirm acceptance when prompted may result in temporary restriction of Account features until confirmation is provided.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a jj1 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing jj1.
• You must not have previously had a jj1 Account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by jj1 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

jj1 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, and periodically during the account's active lifespan. Verification may include submission of a government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation for higher-value accounts.

4. Account Management

Each User may hold only one (1) active Account on jj1 at any given time. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account on your behalf, or use any automated tool to log in to jj1.

jj1 will treat any activity performed from your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified jj1 of a suspected breach of your Account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jj1 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

jj1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of any game or betting market on jj1.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as notified).
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All jj1 Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are credited in PKR at the time of successful transaction confirmation. Where a deposit is made via USDT TRC20, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.

jj1 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for deposits, or accounts in a different name are not permitted. jj1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above PKR 50,000.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a jj1 Account and used in Wagers. If you believe a deposit has been credited in error, contact jj1 support before placing any Wager using the deposited funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jj1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotional offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all jj1 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household address, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• jj1 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus — including any winnings derived from it — if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, multi-accounting, or use of automated betting tools.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• jj1 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a User's Account prior to the change.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on jj1 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or sports market — available within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market page. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable product rules.

General betting and gaming conditions applicable across jj1:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. jj1 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed Wager unless the wager was placed on a market that jj1 subsequently voids due to event cancellation or data error.
• jj1 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were published in error (manifest error), at prices that do not reflect the genuine market, or on markets where match-fixing is suspected. Voided wagers will have the Wager stake returned to the Account Balance.
• Winnings from casino games (slots, live dealer, fishing arcade) are calculated based on the certified RNG or live dealer outcome. jj1 does not alter game outcomes after the fact.
• Maximum payout limits apply per Wager and per day, as published in the jj1 betting rules section. Winnings in excess of published limits will be capped at the maximum payout amount for that product.
• In-play sports betting markets are suspended and settled at jj1's discretion, using official match data from jj1's approved data providers. Disputes relating to in-play settlement must be submitted within 72 hours of the event settlement date.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jj1. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with jj1, place Wagers, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other users or the house.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption of a sporting event on which jj1 offers betting markets.
• Money laundering, including using jj1 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism to legitimise funds of illegal origin.
• Opening or operating duplicate Accounts, or providing access to your Account to third parties.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits — including any Wager placed on a market published at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Using jj1 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including through the use of VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any game content, odds data, or proprietary jj1 material.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jj1 staff or other users via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on jj1.im — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, odds data, written content, and the jj1 brand name — is the intellectual property of jj1 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any jj1 content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj1 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform — including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss arising from a Wager outcome.

jj1 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of jj1 services. jj1 will not be liable for Wagers that could not be placed, modified, or cashed out during any period of Platform unavailability.

Nothing in this section limits jj1's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

jj1 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Under the requirements of jj1's international gaming license, the Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every registered Account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming features include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jj1 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to remind you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from jj1. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic in-session notifications showing the duration of your current gaming session and your net win/loss position.

12. Privacy & Data

jj1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jj1 includes registration information (name, date of birth, mobile number), identity verification documents (CNIC), payment transaction records, gameplay and betting history, and device and IP address data. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

jj1 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) where necessary to deliver jj1's services, subject to contractual data protection obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jj1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jj1 will notify registered Users via a notification in their Account dashboard and/or via the mobile number registered to their Account at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect — except where changes are required immediately by regulatory direction or applicable law.

Continued use of jj1 following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using jj1 and contact support to close your Account. Your Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of the Terms are available on request from jj1 support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws applicable under jj1's international gaming license. Users acknowledge that jj1 is a licensed international gaming operator and that its operations are governed by its licensing jurisdiction, not exclusively by the domestic laws of Pakistan.

In the event of a dispute between you and jj1, you must first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jj1 support. jj1 will use reasonable efforts to address your concern within 5 business days. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute will be escalated to jj1's formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from jj1 support.

You agree that any legal proceedings against jj1 will be conducted exclusively in the jurisdiction specified in jj1's gaming license. Class action proceedings against jj1 are not permitted under these Terms.
